Polycer Australia produces  a wide range of sheet sizes to suit your  requirements.  Polycer Polyurethane Sheet is ideal for a variety of impact & abrasion applications and can be supplied in a diverse choice of colours and hardness.

Polyurethane Tube

Polyurethane Tube is custom cast to suit your needs, as the inner and outer diameter can have a high degree of variance. Polycer Australia can provide  machining  of short tubes, sleeves and washers or  for excessive quantities it may be more effective to have them custom moulded.
Custom Moulding is invariably the most cost effective, as the tooling cost is usually more reasonable  than the machining cost.

Polyurethane Rod

Polyurethane Rod sizes vary from 6mm diameter to 150+mm diameter x 1000mm (standard) length or Polycer can cut to size, depending on your requirements.

RUBBER BACKED POLYURETHANE SHEET

Polycer Australia can cast Rubber Backed Polyurethane Sheet to sizes and thickness to suit your needs.
Rubber Backed Polyurethane sheet consists of a 3mm “rubber backing layer” which allows for it to be bonded to most metal structures.
Rubber Backed Polyurethane Sheet can be cut to suit chute linings, making it a highly versatile product.

POLYURETHANE SPRAY

Polyurethane Spray material is an extension of our substantial Polyurethane range.
Polyurethane Spray is distributed through specialized equipment to highly abrasive resistant material.
This Polyurethane Spay can also be applied on site, (if desired).

Polyurethane Spray is an ideal application where machinery is too large for relocation.
