POLYURETHANE ELASTOMERS
Polyurethane Elastomers is an exceptionally flexible material, which can be used in an extensive range of applications. This variable engineering material is applicable in Polyurethane sheet, Polyurethane rod and custom cast products.
There are diverse types of Polyurethane Sheet, Polyurethane Rod and Polyurethane Custom Cast component materials. The four essential types are listed below, each one having it’s own unique advantage.

POLYETHERS
Polyethers are recommended for parts subject to vigorous stress, as they easily acquire low-grade hear build-up. They are also resilient to hydrolysis (water attack)
POLESTERS
Polyester based urethanes have exceptional tear abrasion resistance as well as oil solvent resistance.
MDI
Methane Diisocyanate or (Diphenyl) based materials have lower isocyanate odour and remarkable hydrolysis obstruction.
TDI
Tayten Diisocyanate based materials have a lower core temperature, and have accelerated demould times.
TDI based materials are less sensitive to moisture as opposed to MDI types
